Final payment: Due six weeks in advance of trip

Security Bond: $600 cash payable on boarding. Security deposit is refunded on return less running costs when boat is returned on time in good order and condition. Damage and loss will be charged for at cost.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified more than 90 days prior to departure will be entitled to a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellation notified between 45 and 90 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be re-booked for the full value. In this case, all monies will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations notifed less than 45 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be re-booked for full value. In this case all monies paid will be refunded less $150 cancellation fee.

Special Conditions: The number of persons hiring a houseboat must not exceed the number of surveyed berths. (Maximum of 12). Any person driving a houseboat must be over 18 and hold either a current drivers licence or boat licence. Houseboats must not be driven at night. Firearms, axes, chainsaws and trail bikes are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
